Botnia TestRing offers the opportunity for vehicle and tire testing on the Nordic region’s only official ABS test track, whose basalt surface enables precise and repeatable measurements
Vehicle Test Tracks
We provide comprehensive and versatile test tracks for vehicle development, tire testing and driver training. The area features special tracks designed for ABS testing, noise measurements and wet grip, as well as a friction curve with various friction surfaces. Extensive handling and high-speed tracks enable tests for both passenger and heavy vehicles, and an off-road area serves the needs of off-road vehicles. The facility is zoned as a noise zone, allowing noise-intensive testing without time restrictions, even at night. Winter testing capabilities complete the selection
Driver Training Slick Surface Tracks
We offer versatile and safe icy-road training conditions: a slippery straight, a slippery curve, and a handling area. The training tracks are designed for heavy traffic but they are also excellently suited for passenger cars. Slipperiness is produced on special surfaces simply with water – environmentally friendly and efficient.
